As a Speech-Language Pathologist based in Cobourg, I am dedicated to working with children and helping them develop their speech and language skills. I am passionate about creating engaging and effective therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs. My goal is to foster communication skills in a warm and supportive environment, making a positive impact on the lives of the children I work with.
I support development in the areas of speech sound production (articulation), oral language skills (vocabulary, understanding and expression of language), augmentative and alternative (AAC).
Overview of Services Offered
Initial Consultation
Discussion with parent/guardian and non-standardized assessment of child's speech and language strengths and needs.
Individual Therapy
Therapy will be tailored to the child's individual needs and goals. The length of the session will vary based on need, as well as the child's age and attention span.
Formal Language Assessment
Standardized assessment of a child’s communication skills including oral language, speech, literacy, and social communication
